Responsible Growth & Fiscal Responsibility for Clover

As a candidate for Clover Town Council, I am committed to addressing the rapid rise of taxes in York County and ensuring that Clover residents are not burdened by excessive tax increases. My vision is to make Clover a thriving, affordable community where growth pays its fair share and public improvements are funded responsibly.

I strongly support implementing a full impact fee for new development in Clover. Growth should cover the costs it imposes on our infrastructure, schools, and public services. By ensuring developers pay their fair share, we can protect our residents from bearing the financial burden of expansion.

Additionally, I believe that attracting new jobs and industries to Clover is key to funding public projects without raising taxes. By fostering economic development, we can generate revenue to invest in community improvements—such as better roads, parks, and public services—while keeping taxes low or even reducing them for our residents.

My goal is to create a Clover where responsible growth, fiscal discipline, and community progress go hand in hand. Together, we can build a stronger, more affordable future for all Clover residents without increasing the tax burden on our families.
